We had a fantastic stay in this city center hotel. It was super clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect, being close to everything we wanted to visit. We were just a short walk away from many wonderful famous sights and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast provided a wide variety of options to choose from.

The staff is attentive and helpful, anticipating guests' needs. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a shiny and beautiful interior design. There is a rooftop terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the scenery. The hotel also has its own caffe bar and balcony.

The noise inside and outside the hotel can be disruptive at night, affecting the sleep quality.

The hotel had a charming and nostalgic atmosphere, reminiscent of early twentieth century guest houses. Each floor had a sitting room, adding to the old-world charm. the bedroom was spacious and beautifully furnished, with antique wardrobes and dressers. One of the highlights was the spectacular roof garden, offering breathtaking views. Additionally, the hotel's location was key, being close to shopping stores, dining areas, and all the popular bridges and piazzas. It felt safe to walk around this area day and night, making it convenient for exploring.

We had booked a family suite, expecting four single beds, but two of the beds were temporary and uncomfortable. For the price we paid, it didn't feel like value for money.

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions we wanted to see in Florence. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Florence. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel was prime, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area from our room. the staff were exceptional, and we were delighted when they picked up on our preferences quickly. the breakfast was delicious and had many options for those with special dietary needs. the in-room breakfast was a luxurious experience for us and the private facilities were exclusive. the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing, and the exclusive snack bar provided great snacks.
